Correct. The Diamond Dust and One Winged Angel become available once you have beaten Sora's story in CoM. Open a chest on the 13th floor (Castle Oblivion), and you can acquire the cards. You do not have to beat Reverse/Rebirth first.Originally Posted by crash26821
