Well you can come back out but if you want to level up quicker then I suggest leveling up in there, as the enemies are pretty hard and give you a fair amount of EXP. If you decide to train long and hard and cant be bothered with doing it quickly then that's your choice. But again I suggest trying it. Even if you are scared of it..
I'll figure it out later...
The best place to level up for AP before the Northern Crater is the forest around Mideel.
What about the Gelnika? Thats pretty good huntin'
