because it was a civil case.Anyway SAS....ROdney King was cuffed and on the ground and not moving when they started to beat him.No one deserves that.Thent eh cops had the nerve to pass it off that Rodney King was raped by some homosexuals and that explains his injuries.Then you have the media always reporting crimes that black males do.There is a lot of mess and to say im suppose to feel symphony for a white male like yourself is idiotic.Plain and simple i have it harsher than you do.
