2. Dont eat a good breakfest, I get a few spoons 2-3 of Peanut butter in the mornings, it has alot of protein and fats. Also a glass of water or two. Fats are bad, but Im bulking up. Favorite breakfest was cereal with alittle milk.

4. Poptarts are nasty, Scrambled eggs are ok; egg whites taste good also , Weirdest breakfest food out there would be alot of coke or somthing that has sugar also candy. Yeah.
