Favorite breakfast is honey nut cheerios. Or Cap`n crunch. Or cinnamon rolls---those are good too. But when I was five....perhaps pancakes, which I've now come to hate.

Not that i care if kids fill up on sweets, hell if i ever have a kid mine can rot his damn teeth out. Though knowing me like i do he'd probably never be exposed to the stuff in the first place. Unless by "sweets" you mean canned pineapples or at most tootsie pops..

2. Dont eat a good breakfest, I get a few spoons 2-3 of Peanut butter in the mornings, it has alot of protein and fats. Also a glass of water or two. Fats are bad, but Im bulking up. Favorite breakfest was cereal with alittle milk.
