Ok, so I looked at my calendar and I discovered that you Englishpeople have translated the easter-friday to "Good Friday". What's up with that? You know that's when Jesus died, eh? So you consider this day to be good? Here in Norway, we call this day "Long Friday". Sounds more appropiate imho.

Here's your excuse:In Early Modern English, good had a meaning of "holy". A "good tide" is, for example, Christmas or Shrove Tuesday.
