I recommend Carl Orff's Carmina Burana, from which all the lyrics of One-Winged Angel with the exception of the word "Sephiroth" were taken. I particularly recommend the "O Fortuna" segment.
I love my Carys with all my heart.

If you play piano, there is a very good sheet music arrangement here:

The best arrangement is the one at the bottom of the page in the Piano Collections section. It took me about a month before I could play it, but it was well worth the effort.

Listen to O Fortuna!! That song is amazing! Oh, and go to wikipedia.org to get a link to the list of songs where each line in One-winged Angel is derrived from. I like most of them, but O Fortuna blew me away, whereas the others didn't.

Get Mozarts Requiem. Also, J.S. Bach's St. John and St. Matthew passions are smurfing amazing. (Especially the opening music. The opening to the matthew passion is considered by many to be one of the greatest pieces of music ever written)

If you don't mind hearing that kind of music in a major key, get Handels "Hallelujah Chorus" from his "Messiah" and don't miss out on Beethovens 9th Symphony. These two songs are a bit happier sounding, but they are by no means any less incredible.

For a more relaxing choral experience, try to find a version of Bachs "Wachet Auf" (more commonly reffered to as "Sleepers, Awake!") It's quite difficult to find a copy that actually has a choir though. The only one I know of is sung by the Mormon Tabernacle choir, so if you can find that one it's a guaranteed winner. Also, Bachs Jesu, Joy of Mans Desiring is amazing, but you will be hard pressed to find an MP3 with a choir in it.

I have listed these songs in order of similarity to One Winged Angel, so obviously the songs in the last paragraph are not going to be as similar as the ones in the first. I recommend you download all of them, though.

Watch out for Beethoven's 9th Symphony. I don't know how, but that music always makes me cry because of its magnificent awesomeness.
