    Default Sound-alikes

    I recently noticed that there's a strange resemblance between the Kashuon theme from Final Fantasy II and the overworld theme from Dragon Warrior I. Is this just conicidence, or has Uematsu-san "borrowed" the theme?

    Suikoden's "This Is Just A Rumour..." and Final Fantasy VII's "Off The Edge Of Despair" sound remarkably similar.

    There was a song in Star Ocean 2 that has the FF crytalls theme in it, it's played towards the begining, there's many others at I can't think of right now, but that one has always stuck in my head for some reason...
