There seems to be a lot of back and forth, but I think it would be wise for all involved to take minute or two and assess the situation a bit. It seems that mistakes or at least things were said on both sides that were misunderstood, so perhaps let's try to take it slow and figure out a solution that can benefit everyone involved here.
