Psychotic, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or if you have newly registered, it is most likely awaiting activation by an administrator.
We can't edit or delete notes other people have left on our profiles. BoB's idea, I think.

I think it was a choice of no one gets to delete, including their own, or everyone gets to delete everyones and so we chose to have no one be able to delete. I believe there's a thread on it somewhere in here.

Someone was editing their user notes to make the people who posted in there say bad things. So the ability for members to edit/delete their notes has been removed. You can blame this person.

It should also be noted that staff members can delete user notes. There is no way we can possibly check every user's user notes, nor are we going to even try. If someone leaves a note in your user notes that bothers you for any reason, feel free to PM any member of staff about it. We'll be happy to delete it for you, within reason.
Man. I have Meat Puppet saying "Mortal Kombat rox" in my usernotes. I can't have that.
