If instead of an abortion we could just transfer they zygote to a freezer tube, that way a couple who happens to be sterile could have a baby through a form of transfer.... this would be much better then abortion in my opinion, and could bring happyness to others.
I seriously doubt this is possible. If you were to put an already fertalized egg into another woman, what the hell would happen genetically? I am not a biologist, but I am almost certain things would get incredibly SCREWED UP. The child would get an extra dosage of genes or something. The father, the origional mother, and then the new mother who is carrying it. I think things would get out of hand.
