Wait, I think the World Events forum is meant to be used for discussion, if not, it wouldn't be a forum, as Skogs said. See, if you put a post in this forum, you must assume debate around it, not just for people to nod and give you a nice applause. If you want to thank the soldiers, well that's fine too, but a debate forum is for debating, so don't get pissed if things get debated. There are many other ways of thanking the soldiers through EoFF. Your sig, for example.
