I've probably been visiting the site for almost as long as the site has been a site, but I think it was when I was linked to the forums from Unne's site that I registered (and then proceeded to post a couple times and completely forget about this place for a good long time).

As far as I know, being a Recognized Member has little to do with how long one has been here. I believe it's a title given to upstanding members who've contributed to EoFF.
