I would create a world where everything is completely random. Any moment you may be attacked by a beaver, flamingo or lawnmover that comes flying out of nowhere to steal your teeths!

If I was a goddess, I think I'd create a world like D&D and see how long people survived in a world over run with evil breakfast burritos. Then I would eat pancakes. After watching the chaos, I would have pity on the little humans and get a big green dog to eat the burritos with relish. Everyone lives happily everafter.
