No, Crash26821 is not capable for administrative status because his posts are random and without hesitation or much thought.
Also, numbers in a name signify a lower status of creativity. What is worse is that he could not even remember his numbers, let alone check his username on the screen, which would take a second.

Well, that was mean. And he didn't even know about the campaign until he found that Jojo had started it while he was offline. She was the one who didn't check, not Crash. Oh, that's okay (I thought it was odd when I looked here and Jojo had started this without him knowing). There're a few other people who've posted who think the same, this is kind of more just for fun anyway (at least I think so). He probably hasn't been here long enough for them to consider it anyway (well, anything more than "administratar").
I think Crash is doing fine as he is right now, and will only get better as time goes by.
