lulu was stronger in ffx than vivi was in ffix. BUT, everyone in ffx is unearthly powerful, which didn't make lulu seem that strong, and is part of the reason i didn't use her that much.

so, i vote vivi, because at least he was in my main party and was crucial in the boss fights for me

I was actually rather fond of Lulu personality-wise, and while Vivi had the best personality out of all of the characters in FFIX, I still thought Lulu's was better, and thus she gets my vote.
