Ahh I can't choose just one, that'd be impossible. So I'll say one of my favourite songs ever, Unchained Melody the original one. Such a great love song.

Everyone has different tastes in music, Gibbi. I haven't listened to much of Slipknot beyong Iowa, but there's a few Slipknot songs I like (such as Left Behind, or Heretic Anthem, among others) when I'm in a headbanging mood.

I consider myself to have very open musical tastes, and I when I hear a catchy song, I overplay it, so it's difficult to say what my favorite(s) are. It's always changing, really. As of late, when scanning through my playlist, my mouse pointer has been finding the following songs:

Boney M - Rasputin.
MC Chris - I Need Candy. (Yeah, the one from Aqua Teen)
Tom Petty - Don't Do Me Like That.
Ciara - 1, 2 Step.
Dope - Debonaire, Spin me Round, and Sing.
New Radicals - You Get What You Give.

I'm sure that list will look very different in a no time at all.

I thoroughly enjoy anything by John Denver (as you all have seen by now =P), so trying to come up with a favorite song by him would be quite a task. However, I'd say these are my most favorite:

Come and Let Me Look in Your Eyes - John Denver, 1976 Spirit Album
Looking for Space - John Denver, 1975 Windsong Album
Follow Me - John Denver, 1970 Take Me to Tomorrow Album

System of a Down's Metro is a piece of genius.
Others include:
[anything from Utter Perfection-WIP.m3u]

Icon and the Black Roses - Black Cage
HIM - Gone With the Sin
DC Talk - Jesus Freak
Hooverphonic - Mad About You
Merry - Haraiso
Goldfinger - 99 Red Balloons
Fleetwood Mac - Tusk
Sloppy Meat Eaters - Escape
Enigma - Gravity of Love
Rancid - Radio
Tchesnekoff - Salvation is Created
Golden Earring - Ce Soir
Kansas - Carry On Wayward Son
Sylvain Cossett - Les Temps des Cathedrales

But seriously though. Anything on Utter Perfection I can (and usually have) listen to over and over and over and over. But that's too many songs to list, so I sorta picked some.
