Hi can anyone tell me how to make a picture smaller so
I can use a picture so I can use it as an avatar please

If you're using paint, then go to stretch and skew and pick a percentage to shrink it down to. You can use the selection tool and cut and paste it onto a new background if you want to cut some off. If you want, you can give me the image and I'll make an avatar for you. Remember that it must be 60x60 or smaller and must be below 5KB.

Okay, here it is. I had to crop it down a bit because the height and width weren't even, but otherwise, it turned out okay.
