How do banned members still post??
'Cause some girl in cl_out's usernotes said she was banned but I went to her profile and it let me look at her usernotes. And not to mension she was later online and she PMed me??

EDIT: You can tell the difference between a fake and real rank by looking in the user's profile - the real one appears on the right by the profile image, the fake one is on the left with the username and avatar and stuff
