Hm... this is odd.. perhaps no one else has seen the FaQ that I saw... it states clearly that this is in the final tech(and I have found nothing to refute it) of the character I am looking for.

Hint- Peerless can mean unequaled. so Under heaven my strike is unequaled.

Hint- Strike and attack can be interchanged as well. So Under heaven my attack is unequaled.

Hint- I am Looking for the character not the attack
