Lonely in the future = She is no longer with Janus in the future, she is "trapped" inside of the Time Devourer
Child of the past = She used to be a child along with Janus back in 12000 B.C.
Woman of the present = She is now a woman
Seeking revenge = Didn't Lavos or something kill her evil mother? The Mamon Machine right?
Taking nest in the evil's body = ****SPOILER**** When you do the Chrono Cross ending using the Chrono Cross and the colour combo with the music and all that, she appears out of the Time Devourer in some kind of shell thing.****SPOILER****

It's been several weeks, so I'm going to assume that Nakor doesn't intend to come up with a new riddle. As such, I'll step in and post another one.

Messengers of God...misguided?
(When Time and Space are undecided)
Are people, then, people misguided too?
(Well, one loses all beside the Blue)
Who suffers then, errors celestial?
(One who split timelines terrestrial)
Then, can this one restore his Space?
(The answer lies quite near this Place)
But why do these answers so confuse?
(Because we're never told what she did choose)
