Reporting?

I was wondering, what is the proper way to report a thread? I know there's the Warn button, but what about things that aren't spam, advertising, or problematic? Say, for example, what if you noticed a thread that was posted in the wrong forum? What would be the right way to do let an Admin/CK know about it? Same thing with signatures that are too big. Just wanted to know.

Hit warn anyway, and say "wrong forum" or "big bad sig" or words to that effect?
