Why Can't I Post Usernotes?!
I'm so dissapointed... people gave ME usernotes, and I want to give people usernotes too... and it says that I can't do this, because I've been either banned from posting or blocked by these people...
I've tried this on people I don't know, too, so nothing's wrong!
