And at what lvl can I solo them?

I think it's either the M1 tower (middle tower on the map of east saru) or the M2 tower (lowest tower on the map of east saru).

I forget these things, sorry. ;_;

I farmed them for awhile at level 40, and didn't really need to rest... I'd say level up to 35 if you want to farm them, and you might need to rest every now and then.
