Now, if that was the case, to say that the results of the Finals were a tie, lets say, 16-16, then that would mean I would have to find a way to break the tie. So in the case of the tie, usually I would ask someone to break the tie, but this is the Finals, so I come up with another way. I add up the total votes from the whole tournament.

Now, if edc and Del were tied, I would add up their total votes.
