None. They just tag along for story purposes. They don't even appear on the battle screen.

They don't have job classes. If I had to make up labels for them, though, I think these would be fitting.

Cid - Engineer
Desh - Guardian
Elia - Priestess
Allus - Prince
Dorga - Magic Master
Unne - Dream Master
I was about to post all of those same things, except I was gonna call Dorga a Sage.
