There a LOT more that are excellent, I suggest trying to explore the underground scene & avoid hip-pop chart garbage.
I was unsure what the definition of 'white' was, one of the greatest ever, Slug of Atmosphere is mixed-race with a white complexion, if that qualifies, he'd be 1.
