So I'm told by the person who lent me <i>The Gunslinger</i> and in effect got me into the whole series. I borrowed both books from him and am about 150 pages in the <i>The Talisman</i>. I like the idea of the young boy main character, so I don't know what to expect from <i>Black House</i>. Whatever the case, I'm looking forward to it.

I finally finished both Catch-22 and The Hitch Hiker's Guide to the Universe a couple of weeks ago. I think tomorrow I'll start book two in the Dark Tower series, depending on whether or not I can get to the library before work.

...on a more serious note, I'm reading Lord of Chaso, being book six of The Wheel of Time by Robert Jordan. The pace is somewhat plodding, but the quality of the writing remains great.
Started "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas" by Hunter S. Thompson yesturday, around half way through. If I finish it today, I'll start 'Silas Marner' by George Eliot. But I probably won't.
