I'd volunteer, and I was just going to find this topic. I've messed around with RPG Toolkit a little bit in the last couple days, and while I still have no clue how it really works, I understand the power the user has over creating custom menus and what have you.

I'd say look into it. I want to design the menus/interface, but I'm sure I may be able to contribute in other ways.
