We have to decide how long kiishi will be banned for. We want people to notice the ban/unban status, but we shouldn't deprive him of all the fun here. Also we can't make it look too silly. Obviously his eventual status will be unbanned but I'm not sure what time exactly that should be. Maybe leave him banned overnight for the final ban and then lift it in the morning? And do most of the changes in the Cali evening when the board is most active? Just throwing out suggestions.

I think we should do what I said and post a second thread (or continue this one) and post "mock posts" regarding the issue - so that way everything will happen in real time. If you think that Raistlin won't notice, don't worry, he will. That guy finds out everything, one way or another. He doesn't have to see it to know what happened. Also, he's not the only one we're trying to dupe, I expect a hell of a lot of people to get involved in this. eest can start a thread in Feedback, he doesn't have to get bitchy or anything, just asking why Kishi was banned and then unbanned or something. This will be perfect as it will encourage everyone else.

Also, is there going to be a fake former staff group, or will the titles just be hardcoded in?

There won't be a title, you guys can just say you don't want one or something. Or we can make a second group or hardcode them in. Either works.

Secondly, can you add unlimited pms to the new group? I have a lot and don't want that to mess things up.

Aren't they getting a bit suspicious in Feedback about Unne's absense, isn't that gonna be a bit of a problem if Unne suddenly appears now to ban Kishi out of nowhere? Maybe this Unne avatar nonsense could be an extra reason Unne can use to fake stepping down

I think Unne banning Kishi / stepping down would be most logical because it's something that I'd believe could happen, but since Unne isn't really getting involved in things, we can't guarantee he'll play along and that could bugger up our plans. I think Daryl would be the logical replacement but if she doesn't want to, I guess I can. If Unne is going to be manipulated, we need to make sure he's at least aware, given that he's now got AIM open relatively often and anyone can message him.

Here's what Roogle and I have told Wesly and Sephiroth1999AD so far.

• I posted the thread once, Big D edited it, I deleted it, I posted the exact same thing again a few minutes later, and Big D appropriately edited it in the exact same manner.
  
• Big D is currently causing a big fuss about what I posted in Staff right now.
  
• Big D hasn't appeared to be online since early this morning because he's using Invisible status like a lot of people do and not because Kishi got tired of waiting for his ass.
