Depends on what they got banned for, really. If it was unjust in my eyes then I'd probably put a complain in my sig, maybe write a complain PM then let it go. I'd let it be known I was discontent but I wouldn't badger the staff or the chances are they'd never let the person back ( if there was a chance that they were discussing bringing him/her back to begin with ).
