To better inform you on what "arabs" do, you actually splash water onto your butt in order to clean it. It's not for everyone, and in fact, I can't even do it myself.
Order a pizza( :goomba: ), then set up a boobytrap so he can't get loose and then force him to wipe.

Well, being the thoughtful person that I am, I made sure to check if I had toilet paper before sitting down, to avoid doing something silly and disgusting.
