yeah tis, the sneeze reflex uses the same muscles that close your eyes. plus, the amount of force generated by a sneeze could make your eyes pop out if you didnt close them. plus, if you dont sneeze outwards and just hold your nose, it isnt good for you.I'm practising keeping my eyes open while I sneeze. It's impossible I think
i like to put as much effort in to sneezing as possible. so i do whole body sneezes, as loudly as possible.
