Site Staff and Forums Staff aren't lead by me. Site Staff is lead by Cid (you just don't see the forum where he does the leading in) and Forums Staff is technically lead by Cid but really is a completely equal environment and isn't lead by anyone. All admins and CK's have very equal say in there. If I was the leader of Forums Staff, EoFF would be a very scarey place. =x

The Captain is right. Hell, if the Sexiest-type competitions were looks-based, I'd never have done well in any of them.

I do firmly believe that competitions conducted in THIS manner, where looks are not the ultimate judgment of someone, are important because it does allow us to look deeper into who people are, which in a lot of cases today seems to be glazed over or ignored entirely and replaced with just judgments passed on what we view through the superficial lenses of image and appearance.
