    Default Wacko Jacko on trial.

So it's very hard to find anything I would consider to be solid news on this subject. I am aware that the jurors are currently being selected and that the judge will be allowing the jurors to look at Michael Jackson's porn collection...yay...but what else is there to know and what do you think the outcome of this trial is going to be?

I can't see Michael Jackson, even if found guilty, ending up in a regular prison, that's if he is found guilty at all. My knowledge of the American justice system is very restricted but could he plead insanity, and if he did what would happen if they can prove he is mentally ill? I think it will prove to be an interesting case, and they are calling it trial of the century, but being that we are 4 years and a month into the century there hasn't been a great deal of competition.

probaly guilty aparently prisoners don't take kindly to child molesterers.
he might get off with pleading insane but whos to say even if he does get off with it not many people like him anymore and his popularity has hit rock bottom

Hes not well at all and I cant picture him ever admitting it. They say the only people he can relate to are little boys. I guess the fans and the public are the ones that did this to him anyway.

Coming up trial of the century part II.

In a bizzare turn of events, Michael Jackson is suing the United States of America. Not the government but the actual country and all of its citizens in an unprecidented reverse class action lawsuit. A reverse class action law suit would be defined as when one entity sues a class of people. In this case the enitity is Mr. Jackson and the class would be the citizens of the United States of America.

He claims that it is their fault he has become the way he is and is suing for countless years of mental anguish and the right to be who he is as it is the people who turned him into a monster.

Because everyone in the USA is part of the defendent side, there are no jurors. Special Jurors are being paid to come and decide the trail from all over the world. This is the first time this has ever happened but there was no choice in the matter.

    More as it develops.

No one famous or high-profile ends up in the average prison population.

Anyway, I dont know if he did it. It isnt my business if he did it. If he did, I hope he gets prosecuted. If not, I hope he gets off. I really, really dont care much about this trial.

The one thing I really wanted to comment on is the responsibility of the parents of the accuser. Micheal Jackson has been accused of child molestation before. Whether he did it or not, no parents should have been letting their kids stay the night with him after that. I question the entire thing, because of this... because it's a great way to get money, whether he did it or not.

If he is found insane/mentally ill, which I highly, highly doubt will actually happen, he'll be sent to a mental institution. Once he's well, he will then be let out, but will have to serve time in prison.

I hope he isn't found guilty. Michael Jackson is one of my favorite music artists and is also the most prestigious philanthropist that I know of.

We can only pray that he's found isocent and justice is returned to our world...

Even if they win and he is found guilty i'll still like him because I know he's inocent.
(And his name's Michael Jackson not "Wacko Jacko"!)

I don't know really. I think he has some issues, but I don't think he's really a child molester.

Jackson is, without a doubt "damaged goods", but how damaged and why could be at the very core of this trial. Just as in every celebrity trial, there will be questions about whether those who are charging him are looking for money, whether Jackson's laywers can find a way to wiggle him out of trouble and should he be found guilty, a way for him to avoid a federal prison.

I cannot comment on what I think happens here, but Jackson is not the King Of Pop he once was. From his many infamous public actions, from holding his child over a railing, to naming children "Blanket", to the entire race fiasco, he has either purposely or unintentionally stirred up more trouble and questions than any celebrity I can think of.

I worry, quite frankly, if Jackson can get away with claiming he has had "No Childhood and thus is now trying to live out his childhood" because that to me sounds like a serious plead for help and does not really answer as to whether or not he has taken advantage of any children.

I suppose, we'll have to wait and see, but the longer this trial goes, the more questions will appear.

    Take care all.

That's true. If anything that's saying "I might touch kids, but that's okay because it's just me taking back my childhood by ruining others."

I don't think Jackson molested any children. I think he is desperately trying to be the father he never had.
