I disagree.
Illegal aliens should not be entering the country in the first place, and as such, I see no problem with having a watch with which they are reported.
If violence stems from these watches, then I believe the intervention needs to happen, but if the watches are proving to be as effective as they are now, I have no problem with them.
Immigration is fine, if it's done in a legal manner.
