If you want to use fancy writing, you need to download the fonts.

I recommend DaFont for all your font needs. Find some you like, download it, unzip it, extract it to your Windows font folder, and when you start up PSP again it should be added to your available fonts.

Also, Photoshop is superior to Paint Shop.
