Default Sleeping problems? FF Music CAN Help!

I've got problems sleeping and something I tried the other night helped quite a bit.. I opened up winamp and loaded all FF9 songs into the playlist. I deleted all the ones I found too loud and non-relaxing.

    This was my list.

    Jesters of the Moon
    Memories Erased from the Storm
    Vivi's Theme
    Vamo Alla' Flamenco
    Stolen Eyes
    Your Warmth
    Awakened Forest*
    Memories of that Day*
    Eternal Harvest
    Frontier Village Dali*
    Ice Caverns*
    Limited Time*
    Song of Memories*
    Aloha De Chocobo
    At South Gate Border
    Fairy Battle
    Burmecian Kingdom
    A Face Forgotten*
    Garnet's Theme*
    Cleyra Settlement
    Extraction
    Loss of Me
    Fossil Roo*

These songs all helped me sleep but the ones I found most effective are the ones with * beside them

My Favourite 2 would have to be Awakened Forest as that was like a constant lullaby to me, and helped me drift off quite suddenly.
Memories of that Day also calmed and relaxed me.

I know it may sound strange but if you have these songs and do find trouble sleeping, it may be worth a shot. There are some songs like this in all final fantasies, you just have to find which ones relax you most
    I'll figure it out later...

I dont do it with FF music because it makes me want to stay up to hear the whole song. I just use nature sounds, native American flute music, and such.

I do have some FF music mixed into my Sleep Library on my iPod. "Sandy Badlands" from FFVII OST, and "Fisherman's Horizon" from FFVIII: Fithos Lusec Wecos Vinosec is a lethal sleep combination.

When I was stressed out in college, I used to listen to those to help me fall asleep. Very effective.

Yeah, Fishermans Horizon in the Fithos soundtrack is incredibly relaxing. It's still not as good of a stress reliever when compared to GTA: San Andreas

So far, out of the ones I can see, (I'm still going through FF8) FF7 wise, the ones that seem most relaxing are:

The Prelude (As Expected ) *
    Anxious Heart
    Tifa's Theme*
    Flowers Blooming in the Church.*
    Honey Bee Manor
    Who Are You
    Infiltrating Shinra Tower
    Red XIII's Theme
Holding My Thoughts In My Head,
    FFVII Main Theme,
    Ahead On Our Way,*
On That Day 5 Years Ago,
    Farm Boy,
    Waltz De Chocobo,*
    Chasing The Black Caped Man,*
    Trail Of Blood,
    Costa Del Sol,
    Mark Of The Traitor,
    Mining Town,
    Cait Sith's Theme,
    Sandy Badlands,
    Life Stream,*
    Cosmo Canyon,
    Great Warrior,*
    Decendent of Shinobi,*
The Nightmares Beginning (My 3rd Fave Song from FF7)*
    Stolen Materia,
Interupted By Fireworks (My Fave Song from FF7)*
You Can Hear The Cry Of The Planet,*
Aeris's Theme (My 2nd Fave Song From FF7)*
    Buried In The Snow,
    The Great Northern Cave.
    Reunion*
A Secret Sleeping In The Deep Sea,*
    Off The Edge Of Dispair,*
On The Other Side Of The Mountain,*
Sending A Dream Into The Universe,
    If You Open Your Heart.*

These are basically the songs that are relaxing for FF7 the one's with *'s beside them are the most relaxing.

    Updated :

This is the FF8 list of songs I found relaxing. Again, the ones that are the most relaxing will be indicated with a *.

    Balamb Garden,*
    Blue Fields,
    Find Your Way,
    The Loser,
    Breezy,*
    Tell Me,*
    Julia,*
    Roses & Wine,*
    Junction,*
    My Mind,*
Succession Of Witches (Creepy, but relaxing too :P)
    Fragments Of Memories,*
    Ami,*
    Drifting,
    Fishermans Horizon,*
    Where I Belong,
    Love Grows,
    The Salt Flats,*
    Trust Me,*
    Eyes on Me (With Vocal)*
    Truth,
    Compression Of Time,*
    The Successor.*

    There you go enjoy.
