(SPOILER)According to Vincent in the 25 minute preview of the film shown in Venice, Montreal, and Paris, Geostigma is the effects of an inner conflict between JENOVA's Cells and a current within the body that is "something like the Lifestream" (in other words, one's own Spirit Energy). As far as we know, the side effects of this inner conflict known as Geostigma are extreme fatigue, skin blemishes, and wounds opening on the surface of the body.

Aeri1028--if you're talking about the 25 minute preview, there's no website (that I know of) that offers it for downloading. It's been shown by Squenix in special screenings at selected cities around the globe. You can watch the trailers, and read the summary of the 25 minute screening, but as far as I know, that's about it. Sorry.

about the wound openings of the body...so that bandana left by Cloud that Marlene found, along with all the kids who have bandages around their heads and arms...i didn't know that it was geostigma...but it makes sense, an internal conflict that is getting so bad it's surfacing to the body
