Just the ending of Final Fantasy IX to me, because it really wasn't what I expected and it made me feel sad and happy all at once. Aww.
When I'd completed FFVII
My first FF completed
Then the ending to FFIX as that was good
The ending scene with Shadow in FFVI, the first time I fought Ultima Weapon in FFVIII, Aeris death scene in FFVII and... when I defeated Ruby Weapon without materia. There's alot of great moments and it's hard to decide which one that's the best.
There should be a spoiler thing in the title of this tread since this tread probably is going to have many spoilers in it.

When Rinoa died alone in the cold, dark depths of space. I remember laughing to myself, "this is the best game EVER!" But then the damned game made me try to catch her again, and she and Squall were rescued by the S.S. Deus ex Machina. What a gyp.
