Hell yes I would pick it up. Then I would go straight to McDonalds an buy two double cheeseburgers without washing my hands.
Anyone who wouldn't take that much money just because it may have a little pee on it is a fool. Urine has this nice habbit of being easy to wash off of coins and your hands.
