Ok first off Kefka is the best villain of any FF game. Sure you can all rant about Sephy, but the punk spent half the game as just a name and a couple of fmv scenes and then he just sleeps in the northern crater. I mean give me a break he never actually DID much of anything except to kill Aeris. ( I bet just about anyone could have killed her, what a sadly weak character other than for her storyline) Kuja was a puppet put on Gaia to do someone else's bidding. I can't accept that as "villainy" X-death was a joke, and Sin was just sadly pathetic. Therefore Kefka's God-like status and his ability to wipe out entire cities and areas that disrupted his ascension was the greatest show of true maniacal power in an FF game yet thus making him my true most powerful and awe inspiring villain.
Noone can clearly see what I truly am nor can they see what I am not. In this I am the greatest of mysteries and noone has yet been able to solve it. If you see me you haven't seen me. If you don't see me then you might have just seen me. And in the end you are all left to wonder if I actually existed at all or if i was simply a trick played upon your feeble minds.
Sephiroth, due to the depth of story and background, thematic meaning, complexity as a character, and superior final battle theme. Plus, he wielded the Masamune.
Kefka, out of those choices.

Hmm, I like Sephiroth.
Even though he maybe is not the most evil villain,but his Theme is so AWESOME, I almost shed a tear everytime I see him floating down from the top of the screen.
This poll is lacking in options.
Kuja should be on there as he was the best
Just because its well known that Seph and Kefka are gonna be front runners, doesnt mean you the poll creator couldnt be more efficient. Kuja, X-Death, Golbez, Ultimecia, Garland should have mention.
