1: Who the heck are General Leo and Galuf?
2: Vincent has hands! Where the heck is his gauntlet? (Barrett's right arm is hidden so we can't presume the mistake was ever-present)
3: I would totally ask Vincent out! He'd say, "No" because he's actually a guy and then I'd make a move and he'd shoot me. Then when I found out he was actually Vincent dressed like a girl, I'd shout, "Cool!! I just got shot by Vincent." Then I'd sigh and moan in horrible, excrutiating agony, and collapse and die.

General Leo was from Final Fantasy VI. (SPOILER)He was a man who worked for the empire that you only got to play as for a very short time and then Kefka fried him. He was actually a pretty good character.
As for Galuf, I can't really help there. I think he's from FFV, but I'm not positive so don't be mad at me if I'm wrong. I've never played FFV.
