hi can anyone tell me if there is an easier way to make wakkas celestial weapon (world champion) the strongest it can be ive looked at how to do it on other sites but looks to hard and complicated
plase help!!!

you`ve just got to get all of Wakkas overdrives by winning them in the blitzball league, after you have collected them, i`ve bin told there is a fifty percent chance that jupiter sigil will appear as a league prize, if not then just compleate the league once more and it should appear!
