I dont really play them anymore but the game I gave most of my life to was FF7
i love to play ff8 and 10, but i also like 7, 9, and tactics.

Right now, I'm on a FFX kick. 'Maxing out my characters on the quest to take down Nemesis'- that's my general plan.
However, VII, IX, and X-2 are also at my disposal for entertainment. I used to play Tactics until I beat it and got bored. (When I beat the game only to find out that (I think this is appropriate, here.)(SPOILER)Ramza and the gang die in the end(or do they???), my time spent on it felt wasted and I returned the game to the store.)
I have played (and replayed) all of them except Tactics, Tactics Advance, Mystic Quest, and the ones for the Game Boy that were actually Seiken Denetsu series and Saga series.

I finish em then only play em again if I missed something so that means I'm finishing right now...
FF 2,4,5,6 I'm at the bit where you need a pendant for the wyverann in 2 (GBSP version)
And in the others I can't remember where I am in the others though... finished 10 on my friends PS2 and am not gonna bother playin FFX-2 or FFXI they suck.
And FFXII might be good...
I've finished 5, 7, 8, 9, and 10. I'm almost through with 10-2 and midway through 6.
I play Final Fantasy VII, VIII, IX, X, and X-2. I'll get XII when it comes out as well, plus Advent Children and Dirge of Cerebus.
Trying my damnedest to finish FFIII....it's very hard to get back into once forgotten for a while. I replay FFT, FFVI and FFIX the most since they're my favorite of the series. Just hit disk 3 on FFIX; even though it's out-dated and i've seen it half a dozen times, the bahamut/kuja/lifa/brahme scene is still awesome. Though undoubtedly better technically and graphically, FFXs FMVs don't really give me the same thrill as FFIXs.
And of course there's FFXI. I don't really play the other FFs as much anymore now that I have one that never ends....
