Gettin' paid... ha! For attending school
Let me just tell you about the first day at my new school.
Okay, we met up 8.15 and then did the usual (well, not that usual) morning gymnastic.
Afterwards I had drama class and then guess what... then we did nothing.
Another great thing about this school is that it's free and I'm getting paid (about $650 a month) that's the main reason I'm going at this school.
I'm not a people-person, so I tend to shy a little whenever I meet new people.
So has anything exciting happened lately in your life?

Umm exciting in my life...hmm...oh! I sent in my application to Whittier U of Liberal Arts in Whittier, CA, and am anxciously awaiting their response. If I get accepted (which I will as far as I know), I'll be going back to Cali, like I've been wanting to since I came here. Then I'll probably go hang out with Abominashley and other people at the next meetup.

i'm currently in the liabry writing an essay...the most exiting thing thats happened in here is someone falling over a bag...... and me accidently going on a porn site!! :O

I wish I was paid to go to school. xD
Nothing exciting really, except that my birthday is coming up really soon (end of June, and it's nearly May!) and I get money for a digital camera and I get an iPod then. Also, school will be over for the summer, so I can finally relax.
SOMEBODY~! I wish somebody paid me to go to school!!!!! THEN I'D REALLY GO! >=/ Some people have all the luck.

unfortunatly my family gets a higher income than is allowed so i dont get paid, so my friends get £80 a month and i get £15, not exactly fair eh?
Exciting huh?..Well,probably i'll go to Avril concert at London in 13 June(day before my birthday)and in one month we finish school!^_^

Come fall when I get into college, I figured out that with all the money I'll be able to get from the government and the university I'm going to, I'll be making money just for being in school. Good high school transcripts, young, state educational benefits, not much money, military experience, overseas combat experience (Combat Veteran status...I could join the VFW if I wanted to)...even after I pay for tuition, books/supplies, and a dorm room, I'll be making money just to be getting a degree. Food/party money, most likely.
EMA gives you 30 pound a week for going to college here, with bonuses. I'll be freeloading come September, though I expect I'll get a part time job. Good old government, helping to pay for my next guitar.
As for exciting stuff, I'm taking my sister to a heavy metal concert (Trivium, 3 Inches Of Blood, some other band) on Sunday. Should be fun.

This is my fourth year where I'm getting paid to go to school, getting about 1300 euros a month. And it's not a grant, it's a job.
Next year I'm done taking classes, though (almost, I'll have to take short teaching classes), I'll be giving them then.
And then there is Death
I get paid for school, and my mom pays my tuition and books so it all goes to my food and rent and stuff. Yay!
What a gyp. I had to PAY to go to college. Classes + overly expensive books = crap.
