Rape in my mind is the worst, so yes I guess I do feel sexual offenders are the worst.
Why? It doesn't only damage the body, but it can severly harm one's soul(or mind if you prefer that). You are messing not only in this realm but in the realm beyond, in the parts of us we don't understand.
Breaking someone's spirit, in my opinion, is far worse then breaking one's body.
