User notes

okay a quikie of questions i'm sure some of you can answer!
okay for one how do we get user notes?
how can we send user notes?
why do we get user notes?
and finally! who has the most user notes?!

just wonderin'

1. People will leave them for you in your profile.
2. You can give people user notes by going to their profile and going into their user notes. There should be something that says "post new user note" toward the top (in EoFF 2005 version). You have to have been here at least 3 months before you can post in other peoples user notes though.
3. Because people like to leave quick little notes for you that others can read and spamming peoples user notes is fun.
4. I have 23 user notes. Not too many, but I haven't been here that long either. I know Psy has over 2000 user notes.
