    Don't send them to a member of the Site Staff, send them to Samuraid - he deals with the album (at least I presume you're talking about getting the pictures put into the EoFF Album).

    I have absolutely no idea. But I doubt there's a limit to how many you can send him, as long as you leave out the crap ones (and by that I mean the ones with Baloki on them).
