If you don't like the "superman" build up, then I suggest you stop watching the WWF/WWE. It's the same booking that they've always used. In the WWF/WWE they usually had the face champion (Hogan, Austin, Rock, etc) always overcoming the next to impossible odds to defeat all comers to keep the belt. Hogan had whoever Bobby "The Brain Hennan was managing at the time the overcome. Austin had the overcome the "evil promoter" Vince and his Corporation to overcome. Then once in a while the heel would beat the champion somehow only to have the face overcome those obsticles and regain the title.

In NWA/WCW, it was always the other way around with the heel always on top and the face trying to knock him down. Ric Flair would usually have the belt and have guys like Sting, Luger, Steamboat and others trying to get the belt. Flair usually had the Horsemen to back him up if he got in trouble and to help keep the title on him. And when the face challenger would win, it would be long before Flair got the belt back through nefarious means. Some thing with Hogan with the NWO.

Besides, I don't think that having Angle lose a Handicap match makes him look weak, especially when he's not the one being pinned. After the match he nearly destoryed Cena's ankle anyway, therefore softening him up for the PPV. At the same time, we all know that Cena's going the match on Sunday, not because Angle isn't a credible challenger but because Cena unfortunatly is till super over with little kids and girls.

I mean look at the matchs he had at Summerslam or the next night on RAW with Jericho. You could hear them going back and forth. The little punks and all the chicks were chanting for Cena, while all the men and older wrestling fans were chanting for Jericho. 10 bucks say the same thing happens at Unforgiven this coming Sunday.
